Charles de Gaulle (CDG): take the RER B to Châtelet–Les Halles, then RER A to La Défense. Orly (ORY): take Orlyval or line 14 into Paris, then connect to the RER A or Metro 1. Allow 1 to 1.5 hours in total.
Everyone leaves at the same time. Stations can be very busy for 30–45 minutes. Buy your return ticket in advance, or wait a little and let the first wave pass. Taxis and ride-hailing have designated areas and can have long queues.
Parking is available around La Défense, but traffic before and after big events is heavy. If you must drive, book a parking space in advance and allow extra time.
Use a Navigo Easy card or the Île-de-France Mobilités app to buy tickets on your phone and skip the queues at the machines.
