✗ Payment by bank transfer or gift card
Legitimate sellers use secure checkout. Requests for transfers, crypto or gift cards are a classic scam.

Ticket safety guide
Encore Paris does not sell tickets. This page helps you recognise official channels and avoid the scams that always appear around popular concerts.
⚠ We do not sell, resell or reserve tickets, and we never ask for payment. Anyone claiming to sell tickets “on behalf of Encore Paris” is not connected to us.
Official channels
According to the official announcement of the 2027 dates, tickets were sold through the venue (Paris La Défense Arena) and authorised partners: AXS France, Ticketmaster France and Fnac Spectacles. Event Travel offered ticket-and-hotel packages. Always confirm the current list on the artist's official website, paris.celinedion.com, before buying.
Red flags
✗ Offers in comments and DMs
“I can't go anymore, selling my tickets” posts on social media are often fake.
✗ Look-alike websites
Check the web address carefully. Scam sites copy logos and use similar names.
✗ Screenshots of tickets
E-tickets are often linked to an account and may be rotating or name-based. A screenshot is not a ticket.
If something went wrong
Contact your bank immediately to dispute the payment, keep all messages and receipts, and report the fraud. In France, the official platforms for online fraud reports are available via service-public.fr.
